Some symptoms may include becoming withdrawn, develop difficulties sleeping, or their stress might manifest in abdominal or other physical pain.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3 class=\"trsubheading\">Validate their feelings<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If your children show any signs of depression or anxiety, validate their feelings. Your support can help them continue to be honest with you.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3 class=\"trsubheading\">Reassure them<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the same time, reassure kids that they are safe, and that the schools are following public health guidelines.
