  1. Mental Health Treatment Services
    Employee Assistance Program

    We work in collaboration with organisations to deliver tailored Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) for their employees. An EAP is a confidential benefit programme for employees, established to assist them with working on their personal and/or work-related problems that may have a direct or indirect bearing on their work performance or overall health, mental and emotional well-being. The purpose of the EAP is to extend specialist support in resolving these complexities affecting their productivity at work. It aims at keeping employees focused on their responsibilities at work, maintain and improve productivity and performance, and thus improve the employee’s well-being in the process.

    The EAP typically incorporates a screening or assessment, counselling and referral services for employees.
    The issues for which EAPs provide support vary, but examples include:

    • Mental health issues: Emotional distress, depression, anxiety, anger management,
    • Occupational stress: Due to employee’s work responsibilities, conditions, environment,
      or other work-related pressures
    • Work relationship issues: Advice and suggestions on how to work with a manager or
    • Health and caregiving issues: How best to manage return to work issues after an
      extended leave of absence due to health, managing a disability or medical issue at work, or how to
      obtain help for an ill or elderly loved one.
    • Family or personal relationship issues: Marriage counseling, divorce, or child custody
    • Grief assistance: Support for employees who have lost a loved one as well as for
      employees experiencing the loss of a colleague
    • Critical Incident Stress Debriefing and Crisis Management: Support for traumatic event
      in the workplace such accidents death, natural disaster or violent crime
    • Substance abuse or addictions: Advice on how to deal with the employee’s addiction, or
      how to deal with a family member’s addiction

    We have a team of clinicians who are understanding, empathic and non-judgemental selected for their passion
    for what they do. Our consultations can be conducted on-site, on-line or in or clinic premises.

  2. Mental Health Training Services
    Workshops and/or Awareness Sessions

    Camali Clinic can conduct an on-site or online webinare workshop(s) and/or awareness sessions to both office-based and shop floor employees; to build a shared understanding of mental health and provide employees with:

    – A range of practical tools and techniques to create a supportive climate, role model best practice and lead positive conversations about mental health

    – A clear awareness and understanding of what mental wellbeing is, the early warning signs and symptoms of a dip in mental wellbeing, and how they can respond effectively to minimize the risk of a mental health episode.

    – Confidence to offer appropriate and valuable first aid to people suffering from mental distress in the workplace and the community.

  3. Group Therapy services

    Group therapy can aid in providing relief and effective ways to cope with these difficulties.

    This is to give group members a chance to connect and share their feelings, emotions, and experiences. A few of the key factors to group therapy are confidentiality and commitment to attendance, along with maintaining anonymity for the effectiveness of the group process.

    Furthermore, it allows group members to receive support and encouragement from other members of the group and to help them feel less alone or isolated.

    It provides an opportunity for group members to act as role models for other members. Some members may be more successful at managing certain types of problems and so people can share their experiences and learn from each other.

    It aims at providing a safe environment for group members to practice new behaviors without fear of judgment.


    The group facilitator will provide psychoeducation and allow for the processing of the information presented. The topics discussed in group therapy will depend on the focus of the group, some proposed ones include:

    • Occupational functioning: stress management, coping with financial difficulties, job security, etc.
    • Physical health: sleep hygiene, how to address emotional eating, barriers to exercise
    • Emotional health: healthy coping, identifying and combating feelings of anxiety, identifying and addressing feelings of sadness, identifying triggers and emotions and their impact on your body
    • Coping with change: negative thinking patterns, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness, problem-solving techniques
    • Interpersonal difficulties: communication skills, assertiveness, conflict management, healthy boundaries
    • Social influences: media influence, shifting your life online
  4. Support Groups services

    Support groups can aid in providing relief and effective ways to cope with these difficulties by supporting one another through this difficult time.

    The purpose of a support group is to provide people with a support network, and a reminder that they are not alone. Meeting with likeminded people who had similar experiences can help individuals to cope with their struggles by seeing the ways others cope with theirs.

    Support groups help participants to identify healthy coping techniques and, with the support of others, help them to move forward on their path or with their lives in general.

    In a support group, regular attendance is not mandatory nor expected, minimal commitment is required, and the group composition may be very different from week to week. Group size is usually rather small, but it fluctuates and maybe bigger for some sessions than others.

    Support group facilitators will keep the group organized and the conversation moving forward and will seek out themes to help steer the group in a cohesive direction together.


    The topics discussed in support groups will depend on the focus of the group, and maybe similar to the topics proposed earlier with them but would be less structured and more focused group connection and supporting each other.
