RADWA RIZK

I am, an American Board-Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA, with over that 10 years’ experience in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services across schools, homes, and clinics. I have a history of working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and related disabilities in various settings.
I am experienced in educational consulting, functional behavioural assessment, creating and designing social and academic home programs, parent training, working with school districts, staff member training, the IEP process, and the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans.
I obtained Master of Education degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott University US. While still a graduate student, I published several of my works in peer-reviewed academic journals and have presented my work at national and international conferences.
I intend to continue to develop my research in behavioural applications, supporting my clients, implementing customized behavioural plans: applying techniques to real-life settings at school and home. For Corporates, review the improvement and implementation of organizational behavior management strategies to address team or staff member efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction.
My passions include parent education, early intervention, and verbal behaviour. I appreciate the importance of individualized programming by collaborating with families and all team members, and ensuring that programs are impactful and generalized to daily life.
My personal goal is to spread awareness of Autism and other functional disability among society, while maintaining the highest degree of quality, compassionate evidence-based care to all my clients.
