Sara is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, she obtained a BA and MA in Clinical Psychology from the MIUN University in Sweden. She has extensive training in Cognitive Behaviour therapy (CBT) helping individuals with depression, anxiety, OCD, post-traumatic stress disorder and other mental health conditions. Sara has worked in both clinical and digital settings with adults, children and families from different cultures.
She also ran her own psychotherapy clinic in Sweden dedicated to helping her clients lead happier and more fulfilling lives. In her practice, she uses a collaborative approach, working with her clients to set goals and develop a personalized treatment plan.
In addition to her individual and family therapy work, Sara is also experienced in conducting neuropsychological assessments. These assessments are used to evaluate cognitive and behavioral functioning, and help identify any underlying neurological conditions like ADHD or Autism that may be impacting a person’s ability to function.
She is committed to providing compassionate care and to stay up to date with the latest evidence-based practices in the field of mental health.
