- Service Description: Camali Clinic will offer clinical staff to conduct in-person consultations whereby a clinician would visit the office and host open walk-in (or scheduled) consultation sessions for office-based employees. Similar arrangement would apply to online sessions for those in Dubai and/or Middle East region.

Service Description: Camali Clinic will offer clinical staff to conduct on-site workshop(s) and/or awareness sessions (online webinar can be arranged) to office-based employees; to build a shared understanding of mental health and provide employees with:
- A range of practical tools and techniques to create a supportive climate, role model best practice and lead positive conversations about mental health
- A clear awareness and understanding of what mental wellbeing is, the early warning signs and symptoms of a dip in mental wellbeing and how they can respond effectively to minimize the risk of a mental health episode.
- Confidence to offer appropriate and valuable first aid to people suffering from mental distress in the workplace and in the community.

Brief Overview: Mental Health First Aid is a training for individuals and organizations whose aim is to provide them with the skills to identify and assist someone who is developing a mental health challenge or is experiencing a mental health crisis such as: Depression, anxiety, panic attacks or the after-effects of trauma or bereavement. In the Mental Health First Aid training, you learn the risk factors, warning signs, and strategies to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations, and where to turn for help. In addition, the presentation introduces people to risk factors and warning signs and builds an understanding on their impact and provides an overview of common treatments.

Topic 3: Dealing with Isolation

Brief Overview: Positive social connections are essential for our mental health and can help us cope in times of stress. In the current crisis, whether you are quarantined due to suspected exposure, staying home because you are in a high-risk category, or at home to help prevent the spread of infection, staying at home with limited human contact can have a significant impact on our mental well-being – and in particular, feelings of loneliness that will likely follow.
This workshop introduces people to tips and tools on how to cope with isolation and feelings of loneliness and how to maintain our social networks using available methods of communication during the corona virus pandemic.
Topic 2: Emotional Resilience: Maintaining or Regaining your Mental Health during and post Covid-19
