For Child and Adolescents
Overview
At Camali Clinic we provide a patient-centred holistic approach for children and adolescents who are facing difficulties with their well-being and support for the parents and family. We have a team of staff and clinicians who are understanding, empathic and non-judgemental selected for their passion for what they do. Child and Adolescent team consists of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Counsellors, Occupational Therapist, Behaviour Therapists, Psychomotor Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Clinical Dieticians and Mental Health Nurses. We provide a range of therapies and services based on a careful assessment of each young person and work collaboratively to develop a meaningful care plan with clear and achievable goals. We see people from all families; local Emirate and Arab, Asian and Western ex-pat. Our team are trained to take a multicultural approach to their work. Languages available are English, Arabic, French, Urdu and Hindi.

Process
When you call the clinic, you will be offered an appointment time for an initial consultation. The initial consultation is the first appointment and will last 50 to 60 minutes. This is an opportunity for the clinician to start to get to know more about the young child and family to identify what the key difficulties are. We then take a collaborative approach to developing a care plan with the support of the multi-disciplinary team. We are here to support the young person and parents or family, we talk you through the best care plan available and ensure the young person and family are informed, comfortable and at ease with all the options.
