Maha Bilal Khan is a dedicated and empathetic psychologist who has been passionate about helping individuals achieve mental well-being since 2014. Maha completed her undergraduate degree in applied psychology from Beaconhouse University Lahore, where she discovered her deep-rooted interest in the human mind and behaviour. After completing her undergraduate degree, Maha pursued a master’s in clinical psychology from Beaconhouse University. Maha has valuable clinical experience working in various mental health facilities in Lahore and Dubai, where she worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups. Maha has further developed her skills by obtaining certifications in several treatment modalities, such as ACT, CBT, Mindfulness and solution-focused therapy.

Maha’s expertise lies in providing therapy and counselling for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment, relationships, phobias, and other mental health concerns. She believes in employing a holistic and compassionate approach to therapy, recognizing each client’s unique needs and tailoring treatment accordingly. In addition to treatment strategies, Maha emphasizes skills training to bridge gaps in clients’ lives and help them become more adaptable in their daily lives. She believes every person deserves validation and support for their human experiences, providing unnational positive regard and a nonjudgmental environment for growth and improvement.

Alongside her clinical work, Maha is an active advocate for mental health awareness and reducing the stigma surrounding mental illnesses and difficulties.
