Working at Camali
Our team follows a multidisciplinary approach to providing comprehensive and holistic treatment to individuals of all ages who are struggling with mental health, emotional and behavioural challenges. Psychiatry, psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy and ABA sit in the same clinic and plan together, rather than referring a family around a city.

Who we hire
Roles open across the clinic through the year. Whether or not something is posted this month, we read every CV that arrives and keep the ones we would like to talk to.
Psychiatry
Consultant and specialist psychiatrists working with children, adolescents and adults across our Dubai Healthcare City and Jumeirah Lake Towers services.
Psychology and counselling
Clinical and educational psychologists, counsellors and psychotherapists, including assessment-focused roles.
Speech and language therapy
Therapists working across early language, articulation, social communication and adult speech and language services.
Occupational therapy and ABA
Occupational therapists, behaviour analysts, RBTs and school shadows working in clinic, at home and in school settings.
Clinical operations and front desk
The people families meet first: reception, scheduling, insurance and the coordination that holds a multidisciplinary plan together.
Clinical roles in Dubai require licensing by the relevant health authority. Tell us where you are in that process when you write. We would rather plan around it than be surprised by it.
How to apply
1.Send a CV
Email it to HR@camaliclinic.com with your discipline in the subject line. Tell us which of our services you see yourself in and what ages you work with.
2.Tell us about your licence
Say whether you already hold a DHA licence, hold a licence with another UAE authority, or would be applying for one. It changes how quickly a role can start, and it is better said at the beginning than discovered at the end.
3.A conversation with the clinical lead
Clinical roles are interviewed by the discipline lead as well as by the clinic. You will be talking to people who do the work you would be doing.
4.Meet the team
Before an offer, you will spend time with the multidisciplinary team you would join. Fit here is not a formality; it is how the care model holds.
Please send only your CV and a covering note. Do not attach anything about a patient, a placement or a case. A clinical document has no place in a job application, and we will delete it unread.
