You can expect confidentiality, compassion, and world-class support—creating an experience that feels safe, reassuring, and genuinely focused on your well-being.

Your First Appointment

Starting Your Journey With Confidence

We guide you step by step through your first visit, ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and supportive experience from the very beginning.

1. Taking the First Step & Scheduling Your Appointment

We understand and appreciate that taking the first step and calling to seek help can be a very difficult task.

At Camali Clinic, we strive to create a supportive environment where every person feels at ease. Once you have made your appointment, one of our dedicated referral team members will reach out to you. They will not only collect some information but also address any nervous feelings you might have about attending your first initial assessment appointment, providing the support you need.

We believe in tailoring our services to meet your individual needs. The initial assessment appointments are designed to help us better understand your unique situation and decide on the best course of action towards your care. For child appointments, the clinician may meet with the child/adolescent and family either together or separately, ensuring a personalized approach.

The initial assessment typically lasts an hour.

The initial meeting is a comprehensive assessment process. It involves asking questions about various aspects such as development, school progress (for children and adolescents), general health, and relevant family history. The aim is to understand the reasons which led you to attend the clinic. Additional questions about medications, feelings, and behaviour might be asked if required, ensuring a thorough understanding of your needs.

We will then look at the best care plan and clinician who best suits your needs. The therapist will then offer follow-up appointments, during which your recommended care plan will be discussed.

Camali Clinic is a Consultant–led Child and Adult mental health service.

I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional performance of the admin team at Camali! The entire clinic has been incredibly pleasant, and I cannot express enough how much my son has flourished under their care. A special shout-out goes to Rahaf Al Bizreh, whose remarkable assistance has made a tremendous difference in our journey and other clinicians who contribution has also been phenomenal.

Zahraa Mohammed

After having my son for four months by now in Camali, especially in the school readiness program, I am so grateful for all the progress that has occurred in such a short period.
I would love to recommend it for anyone who has their child having difficulties in adjusting to the school environment or even under the spectrum.
I would love to recommend Mr. Sulaiman as a great ABA therapist, he is so keen on each child he has, and my son has progressed amazingly with him as he started vocalizing a lot with him.
Also would recommend Mr. Elijah as a great OT. He is so attentive to my son, working on all of his skills, and very keen on my son’s progress.
So far, I have a very great experience in having all of the therapists needed for my son in one place.

danni ken

My son has been under the care of Adam Griffin for the past 24 months. He truly looks forward to his weekly sessions with Adam, and his confidence continues to flourish. Adam's compassionate and gentle approach instills in his patients a belief that anything is possible. We are so blessed to have come across such a professional OT that makes such a big difference. Thank you Adam!

I recently had an appointment at Camali Clinic in Healthcare City with Dr. Girish Banwari, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I entered the clinic, I was greeted warmly by the staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Banwari's expertise and professionalism were evident as he asked insightful questions and provided me with new perspectives on my mental health concerns.
What truly stood out to me was Dr. Banwari's ability to listen attentively and offer personalized care tailored to my needs. His knowledge and compassion made me feel understood and supported throughout the appointment. Leaving the clinic, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the wonderful experience I had.
I highly recommend Camali Clinic and Dr. Girish Banwari to anyone seeking exceptional mental health care. Thank you to the entire team at Camali Clinic for providing such a positive and transformative experience.

The wonderful doctors at Camali clinic are always there to help us. We have had good experiences with psychologists and psychiatrists and they have been a great support with home life and school life. Thank you.

Candice Kinnear

Camali clinic was introduced to us in 2021 for speech therapy. Dr. Rahaf is been very supportive and helpful in getting back the ability to speak after a major stroke. Although there has not been severe progress since, it is a process and we wouldn’t be anywhere else.

Romel Madhu

Great mental health clinic. Great team there and had a calm and relaxing environment

Nafisa Mahmood

Sadaf Noreen

Dr Modhar is the best!! I'm over grateful
to him for care. I felt like I'm in the best hands not only mentally but taking care of my health issues made him check medicines I'm on and encourage me more to take care of myself. I woke up today back pain free for the first time since 2 weeks even though it's not his profession. It means the world to me đŸ™đŸŒ he listened to me patiently and calmed me down in my worst time. He understood me and discussed the best way to continue therapy in a way that would suit me the best without any pressure. I recommend clinic with all my heart ❀

Karolina Lankocz

I would rate Camali clinic 10 stars if i could. As a healthcare professional myself, i was very picky and mindful when i selected my son’s speech therapist. Dr Raghad is a real angel on earth, she is extremely professional and talented. Not only she is very knowledgable and skilled, but also she has the most compassionate and caring attitude and she can ease the suffering and anxiety of any child and their family ., we are blessed to have her and we would never replace her ever !

Raouda Ghiba

I found this clinic very helpful because the therapists are highly professional and provide individualized care rather than general treatments. Mrs. Raghad, who was my child’s therapist, was the only one who gave me honest and accurate assessments without sugarcoating anything. Her guidance was very helpful and made a real difference in my kid’s development

Carine Sakr

Amazing very well qualified and have expertise and it’s highly recommended

Jamal Ayyash

Dear Camali,

Genuine care and true supports.

Lovely Torres

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the therapist Raghad Bizreh from Camali clinic and the amazing work she has done with my child. From the very first session, she made both my child and I feel comfortable and supported. Her patience, creativity, and dedication has truly transformed my child’s communication skills.
Raghad takes the time to understand each child’s unique needs and tailors every session to make it engaging and effective. My child has not only made significant progress but also looks forward to every session, which speaks volumes about Raghads approach .

Huda Basrawi

Very friendly and highly competent

ghada afifi

I recently visited the clinic, and I’m genuinely impressed with the experience. The staff were incredibly compassionate and attentive, making me feel comfortable from the start. The environment was clean, welcoming, and set up to create a sense of calm. Doctor Carolyn is highly professional, knowledgeable, and tailored her approach to meet my specific needs, which made a real difference. Overall, I’d highly recommend the clinic for anyone seeking quality mental health support in a caring and supportive setting.

maha sarhan

Professional trusted therapists. Been with them for 4 years

Ree Saif

I recently visited Camali Clinic with Curtin University Dubai and had the opportunity to meet Dr. Girish, their psychiatrist. It was an enlightening experience, offering insights into the clinic’s origins, story, and mission. I gained a deeper understanding of the daily work of psychiatrists, how they interact with patients, and the unique approaches they bring to mental health care. A truly valuable experience!

Shiza Baig

So, I recently found out that mental health is actually covered by our Daman Insurance Policy. Due to stressors that affect us in our everyday life in Dubai, I decided to book an appointment.
Before you can see a psychologist, you need to have a consultation with a psychiatrist. I was given an appointment with Dr. Modhar. He is a consultant psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience. He is a very kind doctor and very professional.
I find the clinic very clean, organized, and well maintained. All the staff are professional and helpful.
I am glad that I was able to find such a professional clinic that can help me adjust to an increasingly high demand city like Dubai.

Shane Luke van Zyl

Miss Maria El-Hajj is an outstanding speech therapist. I cannot say enough good things about her. She has been working with our child for 1.5 years. He has made amazing progress during that time thanks to Maria’s care, hard work, and creativity. She’s thoughtful, educated and resourceful. She always goes above and beyond to help our child.
It is not often that you find someone with such a big heart that also has remarkable professional expertise and an extraordinary work ethic.

Youssef Massoud

My son attended Camali clinic seeing both Farah Hassan for Psychomotor therapy and Jessica Neely for speech therapy. Simply cannot recommend them enough. We were treated like family. My son thrived under their care and we can never thank them enough for all the work and support they provided for us whilst navigating neurodivergence with our first child.

Frank Johnstone

I’ve been taking my son to Camali clinic since 2020 and the therapist are amazing Mrs Farah Hassan and Mr Tarek Feghali, we are very happy

Dan A.S.

Ms. Farah Hasan has an exceptional ability to connect with children, creating a supportive, engaging, and fun environment.
She has helped my son make remarkable progress in his motor skills, improved his ability to focus, and effectively addressed his impulsivity. Her sessions are always enjoyable, with a variety of tailored activities that keep him motivated, attentive, and calm.
I truly appreciate her clear and consistent communication, as well as the valuable feedback and practical tips she always provides to support his development at home.
Thank you, Ms. Farah, for the noticeable improvement in my son’s skills, focus and self-control.

Rasha S

I have been with Camali clinic for many months now. Farah Hassan is an absolute amazing OT. She has made significant progress with my kid. Her ability to make things fun, include the family members in the session and help my son gain confidence is truly remarkable. I have noticed a vast improvement in multiple areas of his development (strength, eye tracking, coordination, focus, gross and fine motor..)
If your in need of occupational therapy please consider contacting her! Just all in all the best thing that could have happened to our family!

On the speech therapy side, we highly recommend Jessica. My son had the honor of having Jessica as his speech therapist for a year now. She has helped him immensely with his speech and vocabulary, as well as making sure he achieved all his goals set for him at his evaluations. When she first began speech therapy with my son, he was completely non-verbal. Here we are a year later and he is now using short sentences! She is always supportive and dedicated to helping my son achieve his goals. Jessica has not only helped my son but also me as his mother. She always made sure I understood everything during his evaluations and always listens and direct me whenever I have doubts ❀

nada lahrech

I’ve been with Camali Clinic for many months now and I always have great experience with staff and therapists, especially Tooba, her help has been exceptional all these years. I love the assistance Tooba is providing to me. Thank you, Tooba, You helped set me on my feet to go forward into life. I go forward in my life with confidence and hope. I know my work with Tooba helped me to grow into the person I am today, and to love who I am, and to share my light with everyone I meet. And because of this experience I referred your clinic to others whom I cared about and wanted to experience the same path towards healing and recovery.

Hazel Reylara

Camali clinic has been incredibly professional and helpful. I especially am grateful for Tooba's who has been an incredibly supportive and considerate professional who has helped me in many ways.
Her approach and attitude is extremely calm, considerate, and professional, quickly making me feel at ease and able to reflect and make realizations on my own by asking and probing gently.
One of the first takeaways I had was via a sort of challenge she gave me to try over a week and I was really surprised by its impact. Some of the progress we made on other topics have stayed with me over time and become new habits.
I am very fortunate to have her and Camali's support and appreciate all of their efforts.

My experience with the speech therapist Maria El Hajj was Amazing.I really can’t recommend her enough, she is very passionate, talented, and went above and beyond her job. Her support is outstanding and very impressive making the experience smooth. My son has never felt that he is going to a therapist, he enjoyed every single session with her as a play date.
Thank you Mariah, we are going to miss your lovely sessions 💕

Elaf Abu Amrieh

We’ve been seeing Maria Al Hajj for the past two years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her care and dedication. She has worked with both my daughters with so much patience, professionalism, and love. The progress they’ve made under her guidance is incredible not only in their speech but also in their confidence. Maria truly goes above and beyond, and we feel so lucky to have her in our lives. Highly recommend her to any parent looking for a kind, skilled, and genuinely caring speech therapist.
